Saw this last Friday at my dealer. One hole in countertop and spout moves up and down (not sideways). -

I used a 3/4" step drill from Harbor Freight (The Happiest Place on Earth) to drill a hole for a lock. Went through the diamond plate like butter. -

Interesting camo design - goes well with the Outback theme I think. Made by Chris K and his wife Kathy. They work great! Easy on/off and you can fully close the window without needing to remove them.
